Bistro Croquant is famous for its homemade Croquettes and Bitterballen: flavour bombs with a Croquante bite. People return to taste the special Croquant pizza (with coquille) and the creations of tartar, classic bistro dishes that get an unexpected twist.
Roland Philipsen is your host and chef and together with his team he will surprise you with small dishes to share together.
Roland’s passion is to turn simple dishes into something special, in a homely, warm environment. Meet new people at the bar or at the large wooden table, catch up with each other and enjoy sharing a meal together.
