Restaurant Rantrée is the place where haute cuisine, exceptional wines and cosiness come together in harmony. Classical French cuisine with a contemporary touch
Delight, indulge, and get away from it all. These are key elements in our lunch and dinner, immediately followed by a sense of warmth, a welcoming reception, and a good glass of wine. Guests enter our casual atmosphere and are treated to unexpected culinary creations. Chef Ralph Hermans has given our classical French menu a contemporary twist. Rantrée dishes can be described as contrasting, slightly challenging, and definitely not ‘daily fare’, but with elements and ingredients that are easily recognizable. We devise a new menu every month to maintain an element of surprise and to keep our regular customers intrigued.

This element of surprise is also reflected in our wine selection. Crowned ‘Sommelier of the Year’ and ‘Ambassador of Limburg wines’, hostess Jennifer Silvius ensures that each dish is accompanied by an exceptional glass of wine. We love to encourage our guests to try something new, and they are delighted by our extensive wine selection.
